Ocean-s Eight -
The idea for “Ocean’s Eight” was born out of a conversation between Sandra Bullock and Gary Ross, who had previously worked together on “The Hunger Games.” Bullock was eager to play a strong, complex female character, and Ross was intrigued by the idea of a female-led heist movie.
In 2018, the heist genre got a fresh injection of excitement with the release of “Ocean’s Eight,” a spin-off of the popular “Ocean’s” franchise.
